Saalahti - first look -01

Hi everyone, some news after a long silence. News not too much, but anyway, I share the latest non-commercial project. This is Finland's rally stage, I always want to make some interesting new stage from this location. But I have limited free time for work, so I found this short and funny stage.
Not a lot is done but is possible to have some impression. Because I have a commercial project, I can't promise a fast-finishing date, maybe in the middle of summer, maybe...

  3. Hello Guru! I´ve been thinking of sharing a track file from rFactor that I'd like to see on RBR since I don't have the skills to do it. How can I send it to you? Facebook? Instagram? Email?

    Best regards,
    MitosWRC

  4. I'm not the owner. But I can't get in touch with the original designer and ask him or her for permission because the track file isn't signed. Here is a video of the rally stage in real life:

If you want I can send a download link to your email or somewhere else if you prefer.

  5. Fafe Lameirinha :D How many requests I have about this SS...
Well, it's not easy to do this SS properly, because of its very complicated stage and required proper elevation data. Also lots of open are may cause performance troubles for may shitty PC users...
At this moment, I don't have the plan to take another one project because now work on a personal commercial project

  6. I thought it would possible for you to convert it from rFactor to RBR. I've seen this done to the Race of Champions 2008 track, for example. Is it more difficult to make it from scratch or to convert it? It doesn't have to be rushed, take your time. I only have one condition: don't let it be used for commercial purposes. As soon as it's completed, share it publicly. I think it would a great plus for the whole RBR community. How can I send the track file to you?

    1. If this (rFactor) track has the owner you cannot share it without author permission. And no reason how to do it in other games. We need to respect all authors and his rights.
Next is, now I working on a commercial project, so anyway, don't have time for other things. And as seen in my blog two not finished my own projects. I can support with my knowledge and advice for other modelers, who won't do this job. But at this moment, I don't have time for another one rally track, at this moment :) I have just two hands and 24 hours in my life...
